How long have you been in business?
We started in 1987.
What is your primary product or service?
Real estate sales & rental management.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was employed with a textile company that no longer exists in our great country. Jobs were not easy to find and my wife, Joanne, had been working in property management since 1977. At that time I had been selling Real Estate for several years. We decided, with her 10 years experience in property management, to open a property management business and operate from our home. I joined Joanne in the business in 1994 and we added Real Estate Sales and moved to our present address, 1900 Broad River Road, Suite 101.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our property management fees are more reasonable and we give an outstanding serveice to our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
On the day of this writing, we have about 200 properties, give or take a few. We are expanding at a good rate that we can handle.

From I 20, take the Broad River Road exit toward Columbia. After about 1 and 1/2 blocks, we are on the left. You will see a large sign with 1900 Broad River Road at the very top.
What type of payments do you accept?
Personal & Cashier Checks and Money Orders.
Which areas do you service?
We manage properties in Gilbert & Hopkins and between these two locations.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Spencer & Jaonne Davis and Julie Henline.
What are your hours of operation?
We are normally here between 9:00 am & 5:30 pm and we are at lunch at 11:30 to 12:30, normally, but always call before coming by.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
One that we just received that we are the best and most honest management company in the Columbia area.
